I've been stopping in here for a few years, now...my son's school is nearby and he and his mom live a few blocks away..whether it's weekend breakfast, or dinner of an evening, we have always left with a feeling of satisfaction, from the food quality and taste, to the price and service level. A nice touch is the semi-outdoor glassed-in sidewalk sitting area, where you can eat and relax and watch the world go by. Very convenient to Lincoln Center, so try eating there after you attend a performance some evening.

We travel to NYC every Dec. for a weekend of shopping. We meet my cousin in the city for dinner. She lives near by. I like hitting diff. places each year, so when she and my mom suggested this place I did the normal look it up and see first. Anyways, we were there for about 3 hours and the service was fantastic and the food was the same. We were well taken care of and the prices were just right. I say this is the place to be. You even get to see some stars. Rockets eat there and even a star from the Big Apple Circus.

It's close to my place, and has been a reliable eatery for over a year. They recently remodeled and the new decor is very agreeable. The staff is friendly, the food is reliably good, and the prices are par for diners in this area. If you're hungry, you won't go wrong at the Olympic Flame, and it's generally pretty laid back. Since I don't work in the area, I haven't endured a lunch rush, which I imagine might be pretty heavy, but every other time has been great. Highly recommended diner!

Great diner food. Clean restaurant. Service very good. Great diner cake too! Would definitely be a regular if I lived closer.
