Delivery guy is rude
The delivery guy comes and mumbles something unintelligible. I paid by credit card for the order and handed him cash tip. He grabbed the money and counted it right in front of me and didn't even try to be subtle. Then he complained about the tip! It was the rudest food delivery I'd ever experienced. I will never order delivery from this place again. Maybe eat-in but I hope the delivery crew doesn't work inside the restaurant as well.

I want my white sauce
I ordered my favorite dish, Grasp at Good Luck with white sauce, and they delivered brown sauce. I called back and asked for them to deliver it, and they said it was on the way. When I called back 40 minutes later, they said I'd have to wait over a half an hour (almost 2 hours after I originally ordered). The language barrier is always a problem when I call, but this time it made me sad.

Meh.
Not what I was hoping for. Sesame chicken was poor... flavor was way off, meat was gooey. Veggie egg roll was super-grease. I don't know what else to say... delivery was fast, this meal is only worth half of what it cost. D rated.

Great Upper West Side Chinese
Ever since Ollie's 84th has closed, I've been ordering in from this Ollie's. After years of frequenting both Ollie's, I cannot see what all these other people are complaining about. Sure, it isn't Chinatown quality, but damn good nevertheless. Also, delivery is usually extremely very fast (sometimes under 20 minutes for a meal for two). Prices are pretty fair. I guess the other people had unlucky experiences, but the food is always consistently delicious.
