The delivery is fast, the food is amazing
Super fast and the delivery guy was so nice even though I made him wait because I couldn't hear the bell. Now I wish I had tipped more. I love their food, and it's the best meal in park slope for the least amount of money. 5 for value all the way.

Always fresh & delicious
Have been going here for years and for the price and quality I don't think you can do better in the Slope. I usually take out so cannot comment on the inhouse service.

Good middle eastern food at a great price
I have been a customer of Olive Vine for about 4 years, and really like this place. I was disappointed when the 15th st location closed but glad that the other 7th ave location delivers to my apt in South Slope. They have really good food at a great price..I love their 5 salad combo, it's a good deal. Delivery is usually fast. Once or twice I got tabbouleh that wasn't fresh, a little off, but other than that, the food is always very good.

are they still open?
if so, is there a reason they don't answer their phone? i used to order from the location @ 15th st/7th ave, but i'm not surprised they went out of business there considering that everytime i try to get delivery from the other location no one picks up the phone. i'd like to say that this place is good, but i wouldn't know anymore...they won't answer my calls.

They'll get your order wrong
They haven't been able to deliver an order correctly twice in a row. They people on the phone don't listen at all and don't care when you call to complain... they basically just say, "yeah, ok. so what?" So rude. Just avoid this place. I know I am going back to my boycott. I thought I might be unreasonable after the delivery guy kept coming back to my door over and over when I told him I wasn't giving him a $7 tip. But after dealing with the incredible rudeness on the phone when I just told them that they sent me the wrong items....rough.

Not recommended
The falafel, hummus and lentil soup are all bland and much, much better at the falafel places further down 7th Ave. Quantity of food is better down the block as well.

Go for the babaganoush
The babaganoush is definitely the best thing on the menu- its smokey and tastes very authentic. I always feel full and satisfied after going to the restaurant!
