not impressed
of all the restaurants nearby, theres no reason to go back to olive vine. the food is on the bland side, the service is slow, and the portions are not big either. the only way to really see a reason to go to olive vine is to get really drunk with a lot of friends on your own alcohol if you're all in the mood for mediocre middle eastern food.

Warm crusty pita, flavorful hummus...
Just a few of the reasons to stop by this delicious restaurant. BYOB makes it a great, affordable neighborhood meal.

Good food, low price
If you are looking for a good falafel, chicken, or lamb pita, head over to the Olive Vine. They are not only delicious, but very well priced. Salads and meal platters good as well. Wait staff is kind of slow, but just wave them down and they come right over. Good option for take-out.

Simple and elegant
Olive Vine is one of my neighborhood favorites. I really like their salads (especially the foule salad) and their pizzas (especially the green pizza- oh my God, the green pizza. It's a white pizza with leeks, scallions, fenugreek and herbs. It's AMAZING.) They also make really good baklava and awesome iced tea. The waitstaff is always really nice, and the decor is cool and pleasant. It's a great place to go in the summertime.
