    Not good!

I went here based on menupages reviews and I was extremely disappointed. We waited almost an hour for a table, even though there was brealy anyone in front of us. We also waited a long time to be waited on and served. Food was not good! I barely ate my Turkish breakfasteggs were overcooked and bland, pita was straight from the bag. I can't understand why this place is so popular. No better than a diner.

    Delicious

I wanted something new so I took my mother and grandmother to Olea for mothers day brunch. It was about a 45 min wait, but honestly well worth the wait! Once we entered our waitress came and offered us drinks, you must try the Raspberry Mimosa's. My grandmother enjoyed her coffee and she is a true coffee drinker. For starters we ordered the bowl of fruit and croissants. The warm buttery flaky croissants were filled with just the right amount of dark chocolate that made you lick your fingers when you were finished (and they were mini so you didn't feel over stuffed). Then my mother ordered Green Eggs with lamb sausage, she finished every satisfy bite on her plate, my grandmother enjoyed her Italian omelet that was served with salad fresh home-fries and baguette. I ordered the fresh organic eggs that was accompanied with salad, home fries and baguette and I also ordered the sausage on the side that was perfectly cooked. The eggs were light and fluffy not over cooked, sausage was crisp with a bit of spice and not greasy at all. As we were enjoying our brunch the waitress came over and offered us another round of Mimosa's on the house for our patience with the 45 minute wait. We all left totally and completely satisfied that I was thinking of just staying for dinner. I will be there next sunday for brunch!

    Consistently good!

We've been here several times and never disappointed. Love to bring others from out of town or those who haven't tried it. The tapas portions are generous, great for sharing. Can't get sick of the menu. Favorites are the lentil salad, endive salad, baby octopus and the goat cheese croquettes. Don't pass on the dulce de leche affogato for dessert!

    Best Brooklyn Brunch

This is my boyfriend and I's favorite place for brunch; we go here almost every week. The atmosphere is wonderful, there may be a small wait for larger groups, but we never have any trouble getting a table (sometimes it is the last one). Their coffee is blended there and is absolutely amazing. Out favorite brunch item is the Turkish Breakfast. I could eat that every week. They have a good vegetarian selection and everything is very homemade and tasty.

    very cozy, good food

i really enjoyed my meal at olea. the setting is very warm and cozy. the sangria is very good, as was the meal. we tried the baby octopus and lamb meatballs for starters, and then had a pasta dish and steak for our entrees. i would definitely go back here again.

    wonderfull restaurant

My husband and i love this joint, the service is always on point, the food is great if a little inconsistent. its never bad. Great wine selection. Baby octopus is awesome, as is the pork chop mmmmmm. The montepulciano/sangiovese blend is really nice and pretty reasonable.

    Like being in the Meditteranean

I love Pequena and they had the card for this place there so we decided to check it out. It's totally different though apparantly the same owners. The decor is like being in a taverna on the coast of Spain. It's light, open, airy. I felt like I was gonna walk out and be by the ocean. The food was very impressive as well. I had the baby octopus and a goat cheese ravioli special. My friend had seafood risotto, which was perfectly cooked and out of this world. We shared a bottle of white recommended by our host and it went perfectly with our meal. The music was an ecclectic mix of French, Brazilian, Italian, just brillantly rounding out the experience. I am looking forward to becoming a regular here. It was really delightful.
