Best delivery sushi in the east village
This is my go-to delivery place for sushi. The fish is always incredibly fresh, portions very generous, and delivery very speedy. They have brown rice and happy to take credit cards for delivery orders. Not the cheapest place in the village, but incredible quality and great cuts of fish. The restaurant itself is VERY small, I think it's oriented mostly towards delivery and take out.

How do they do it? FRESH!
I admit that I settle for mediocre sushi just to quell my sushi hunger--but this place has raised the bar. Absolutely THE best and freshest "cheap" sushi place in NYC. It's even better than mid-priced places I've been.

Fantastic
The yaki udon was incredible, the sushi just perfect. I will come back for sure.

Fast and Delicious
Since my office moved to this neighborhood, I have ordered lunch here 1-2x a week. Always the Sushi roll special...always delicious. Delivery incredibly fast, fish fresh, not too much rice, and only $10. Nothin' wrong with that!

My Favorite Restaurant in the City
This is my favorite place to eat and get take-out. I'm probably there (or getting to-go) twice a week. It's a good place to meet friends: quiet, good atmosphere and the foot is excellent. I always get Brown rice sushi and that's not easy to find.

A Hidden GEM!
This is the best "cheap eats" sushi joint in the city. The prices are amazing, and the food is great! Very high quality fish, and well prepared. The owners are a lovely couple, who are super friendly and take a lot of pride in their little slice of NY Sushi Heaven. I highly recommend this for your first choice in ordering inexpensive Sushi, or a quaint night in their low-key and cute pocket sized restaurant... truly a NY City Gem!

Disapponting!
Our office just moved to the nabe and I was eager to try this place since it was just across the street. Blgggh! I ordered a Gyu-don--beef bowl--which is not exactly the most complicated dish. But instead of a simple beef and onions over rice (which even mega-chains can do decently), I got some sort of an omelette concoction with thick strips of charred--and I mean CHARRED beef-smothered in a horrible gloopy brown sauce. People, AVOID this place. They clearly have no idea what they are doing.
