Poor service
I order from this diner Mon thru Fri everyday for the past two years. everyday they forget something from my order. Their toast is always old and their home-fries. They are super expensive and today i just had it with them. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and jelly and when i get the bagel it had no jelly inside just a side of jelly. I was told they don't place the jelly on the bagel for you. ridiculous. today is the last day will will ever order from them and i will be sure that no one else in the office orders either!

Excellent quality for the price
Not everyone understands the concept of a diner, it isn't meant to be a fancy restaurant that fawns over its customers. This place is the epitome of the Brooklyn family-owned diner. I've been to this place more than 3 times and with a variety of people (from just myself to a larger group). The spinach pie and greek salad is in my top 3 of all time. The burgers are excellent and made just as ordered. Daily specials are very good as well, and are definite 'comfort food' variety. I almost enjoy the attitude of the wait staff and the constant chatter behind the counter as much as the fare. For the price you can't beat it!

Tried it three times
I tried this place 3 different times. The first time, I went in with my partner and we were treated like we had the plague. Second time, I went by myself and was still treated as an outsider. Third time, I went in with a girl (my sister) and miraculously their attitudes changed and treated us both like we were gold. Not only are the servers I've had rude and the service itself horrible, but the food is tasteless, and they've never given me what I've ordered any of those times.
