Brunch by the Natural History Museum
Outstanding value for brunch. Delicious and plentiful portions. Nice (and stiff) complimentary cocktail options. And the server was exceptional. Went after visiting the Museum of Natural History, and the fall sun was warm and we sat on the lovely sidewalk. I was very impressed and can't wait to return...

Handicapped
We enjoyed every morsel but the W.C. was two flights down and unattainable.Guess I'll have to have take-out next time.

A brilliant dinner
I asked for a Bloody Mary in a tall glass with a stalk of celery. That's what I received and it was perfect. I ordered the blackened swordfish with the chorizo whipped mashed potatoes and broccolini. The swordfish was beautifully blackened and crisp on the outside and succulently moist on the inside. Since I asked them to make sure the potatoes and vegetable were served hot & not lukewarmk, that's how they were served. My cappuccino was perfect with the right amount of froth and hot coffee. The server was attentive, not cloying and very gracious. I can't imagine having a better dinner anywhere. It was just what I wanted and prepared and served to perfection.

Judge for yourself
There's an old adage that says don't believe everything you read and in the case of negative reviews of Ocean Grill this is certainly true. While the restaurant was a bit lively I would not say that it diminished the dining experience. Nor did the understated lighting. Many reviews take issue with the service and its this one particular complaint I would like to address most strongly. From the moment we entered the premises we were dealt with in an efficient and most pleasant manner. Tthe manager and our server could not have been nicer. We went to celebrate our 38th wedding anniversary with my daughter and future son in law and everything we ordered...Crab cake app to shrimp & scallop main course was delicious as well as the other dishes the family ordered. So in closing all I can say , is make a reservation and draw your own conclusions. If we would have been swayed by a few negative comments we would have missed out on a great dining experience

Great place to eat!
My husband and I went to OG we both loved it! Food was amazing, and the service was great. wWill definitely go back...cool place

Not Going Back
Service was poor. My party was seated 30 minutes after the time of our reservation. We were only given a table in the bar/lounge (not the dining room) otherwise we'd have to wait much longer. We had to ask for menus after being seated for five minutes.

train your staff
how about telling your staff not to remove plates when half the table is still eating? it's rude and puts the still eating patrons under pressure to rush to finish. so easy to correct but over many years it still keeps happening. otherwise a good place to dine.
