skip this one...
we try lots of chinese on the UWS looking for that one that we want to order from each time - this is not it... spare ribs = way to fatty dumplings = medicore general zaos chicken = dark meet & almost too fatty & fried to eat... steamed tofu & veggies were fine but can you mess that up??? this is not the place really good/reliable chinese that being said, delivery was unbelievably fast (i think i hung up the phone before they arrived but i'd have to rethink - and we're on 70th street!)

Good food at reasonable prices
The healthy menu choices are very good with dumpling sauce. Other menu items can be requested with very little oil. The service is fast and accurate and the food is consistently tasty. Overall Ocean Dragon provides good Chinese food at reasonable prices.

Best value on the Upper West Side
This restaurant is simply the best value for Chinese food available in the area. The food is good, though eating in may leave you feeling cramped, as there are only about 15 seats in the restaurant. Delivery times are unbeatable. It only takes about 15 minutes for large orders to get to my door. Order here if you want good Chinese for a great price.

Sometimes you want fast cheap chinese
this place is perfect if you live in the area and want fast and cheap delivery. the food is reasonably priced, standard chinese fare. they literally get to my apartment with delivery in 10-15 minutes. not a bad choice for fast cheap food.

Ehh..
Food is ok, edible but not that great. Also, portions are swimming in oil. Their service is good though and not too pricey.

Absolutely Incredible! Obsessed!
Hands down best take out Chinese I have ever had in my life! Just moved to the area and have been ordering it on a daily basis! Absolutely incredible tasting and great prices!

Mediocre at best
After seeing all the rave reviews for this restaurant in my neighborhood I had to try it. It was a mistake... The food was barely average. The sauces were bland, and heavy on the corn starch. The roasted meats were flavorless. Their wontons were disgusting glutenous masses. Overall the food was on par with buffet style chinese in a mall food court.
