This place is a simple take out Chinese and should be rated as such. It's very high quality for the price. The lunch is $6-7 and little bit more if you add soup or spring roll. The service varies since there seem to be turnover in waiters. The manager is always nice though.

The food tasted great. The price was fine and the food was fresh. Singapore Mai Fun(very good), prawns(delicious) and the crispy fried duck is calling me back. I live in brooklyn and was visiting a friend in the hospital. I will be traveling there again just to order their food. Friend is fine and out of the hospital and she also loved their food.

Look up chinese food in the dictionary, and you'll see a picture of a dragon in the ocean. Or at least you should. I've never experience more succulent General Tso's chicken. I keep asking to sublet space in the kitchen to move into and live in Ocean Dragon, but they keep denying my request. Respect the Dragon.

This place has the best Chinese take-out/delivery I've had in the city. The prices are outstanding and the food is great - I highly recommend the combo dishes.

Have tried a few things on their menu, always via delivery. Delivery is fast, things that should be crispy, are. Everything tastes pretty good. This is what I expect from delivery Chinese food in NYC.

Ordered General Tso's chicken but I have no idea what I just ate. Bland taste, no sauce doesn't even resemble General Tso's at all.

I threw my child's 7th Birthday party at Ocean Dragon and it was great. The whole staff sang Happy Birthday to my son and gave every kid at the party a free fortune cookie. If I could go back in time I would have thrown my wedding my reception at Ocean Dragon.
