I have been dining here since 2010, either on my own or with friends to entertain with never a disappointment. The food is unique and delicious. Atmosphere can be a bit dark in the rear dining room in the daytime, but the space accomodates a large party if needed. I suppose they could just turn up the lights a little during the day. Otherwise, it is great for evening dinner events. The front dining areas are comfortable and well-lit. It is a fun place to visit. While the staff is always friendly, helpful and welcoming, they could be a little more attentive to table needs without having to be flagged down each time for a water refill or condiment or question, etc. Overall, I am overall very happy here!

Vermicelli with mushrooms and tofu skins were absolutely tasteless. The Vietnamese papaya salad was swimming in vinegar. The atmosphere is okay, but only for a drink. Dine elsewhere!

Service is ok, but food is very disappointing. Food was either bland or way too spicy. Shrimp didn't seem fresh. With so many herbs and ingredients that should have been part of the entrees, I can't understand how food was so bland. Other entrees like Pad Kee Mao were too spicy and lacked veggies. Four slices of green pepper aren't veggies! Restaurant and tables looked old.

Used to love going there before and very sad to see how it declined so much over the past year or so. Service is very poor, everyone runs around frantically but nothing gets done. Few times waited for 15 minutes plus to get the wrong order. Food quality is very inconsistent now; same order can be great one day and very disappointing the next. Wish they get their act back together.

As far as quality of food goes, this is hands-down the best Thai in midtown. I have always had extremely fast delivery. It's a win-win.

This used to be a decent restaurant, but on my latest visit, it was a complete disappointment. Overcooked noodles, long wait, and an unfriendly waitstaff. Much better Vietnamese food in Chinatown.

We went here this past friday for a birthday dinner (8 people). we were very pleased with the ambiance - it's a nice venue and the food itself was very tasty. the service however, was almost non-existent. They ignored us for long periods of time. I would never eat in at this place again. I would order take out as their food was yummy... too bad.
