Good place to grab and run
Good oatmeal and coffee. Small space so if you have more than two people you may not be able to sit down depending on how busy the place is. There are about 4 spots right at the window and 2-3 seats/a bench. The oatmeal was great though and I appreciate that they offer oatmeal made with water and not just oatmeal made with milk ( I don't drink milk)
