inconsistency
staff cannot speak english and very inconsistency as far as delivery. Somedays they deliver, others they dont.

It's not free delivery.
The listing says "free delivery," but when I called they say they only deliver as far as 50th and 7th. That's one block away! A one-block radius does not constitute free delivery, certainly not by NYC standards.
