Food is very good. I like when I call that they understand English and you do not have to repeat yourself 80000000 times. Staff is very friendly.

I first came here on my first day of work nearby, in August of 2005. I keep going back because the food is outstanding, the staff is friendly, and I love the variety offered. Everything I've ever eaten, from a simple salad to their delicious soups to their spectacular grilled vegetable wrap has been fantastic. Even with various employee changes that I've seen over the years, the quality remains consistent, both with food and service. The only thing that I ever think is sometimes a problem is that it gets REALLY crowded because it's so small, and the flow of traffic inside the store can be a bit challenging.

Everything is really good: bagels, wraps, omelettes, hoagies, salads. And the best part is they have a wide variety of items (meats, spreads, fixings) so you can go nuts customizing your sandwich/salad. The "chefs" are always pretty friendly and knowledgable. Only downside to the place: $10 min charge on a credit card. This may not raise an eyebrow for others, but I often find myself out of cash on a Sat or Sun morning.

I have been eating here since they have opened, the staff are amongst the most friendly people I know anywhere. Considering this is in Manhatan, the staff seem to be on a first name basis with all of their regular costumers, providing an atmosphere of being in a freinds kitchen for coffee and bagels. In addition to a wide variety of bagels and spreads (try the olive spread), they have some of the best soups in the city. On a cold day a large soup and bagel or wrap cannot be beat.

I order a breakfast sandwich almost every weekend and I couldn't be happier. Great food and quick service.
