Our favorite breakfast
If you want a great value with outstanding breakfast fare, this bagel shop is perfect. My husband and i eat breakfast here every morning during visits to see our son. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and prepares our order with perfection. We live in Texas and wish we had this place around our corner. Great job, guys....we'll see you on our next NYC trip!

Best service!
I love the bagels here and I LOVE the staff! They are so nice! If for whatever reason they make a mistake, they will be happy to redo your order. The guys behind the counter are soooo nice they make my day every time I see them!

A breakfast and dinner staple...
I have breakfast here each weekend and carry out a sandwich or soup for dinner at least 3 times a week, everyone is always nice and they have very high quality food.

They Give Good Phone!
Someone recently complained here that the order was wrong every single time that s/he ordered from NY Bagels. I've been working in the area and ordering from them for almost three years now, and I've never had a single experience where anything was wrong with my order. They're incredibly friendly on the phone, all of their employees speak perfect English, and I never have to repeat myself. I've never hung up wondering if my order will arrive properly, and it always gets here fast and accurate. I'd consider that if you're getting orders wrong from these guys, maybe it's you, not them. My coworkers and I all love this place!

These guys could mess up a cup of coffee.
It's a shame. They have decent food, but they either don't listen, don't understand english, or don't care. I've ordered from this place plenty of times, and my order is always wrong. It's not that hard to get orders right. If you don't mind a place that doesn't pay attention to detail, this place is for you!!!!

Eat
Food is very good. I like when I call that they understand English and you do not have to repeat yourself 80000000 times. Staff is very friendly.
