I have had many salads for lunch in my life but I must say this place makes the best salads I've ever tasted. Their ingredients are always fresh and the staff are so friendly. Also it's extremely convenient if you work at NYU medical center and they even deliver to hospital floors and rooms on the rainiest days!

This place is awesome, if you need to take a quick lunch, but want a homemade sandwich with fresh ingredients made on the spot. I was surprised at how good this unassuming place is. It is excellent value! and good for people on a budget as well. I love their bagel sandwich options.

I live nearby and love NY Bagels. The staff is extremely nice and the orders are taken care of quickly.. until now. On weekends, instead of ordering directly with the cook, another employee takes orders down on paper and adds it to a queue. Every time they do this, they completely screw up my order which is amazing (since it's on paper). I don't know why but this new system sucks and it removes the opportunity to chat with the staff.. it's more of an assembly line now. Go back to the old ordering system guys or I'll have to go elsewhere!

I always stop by the NY Bagels for my Coffee and Bagel. Always Friendly and Courteous the staff takes care of you right away. Great home fries and scrambled egg with bacon.

I order from NY Bagel & Cafe almost everyday and I am always greeted by such a friendly and warm person. The food always comes as ordered and in record time. The food, especially the bagels, are amazing. This is my favorite place to order from. I must say I do try to order from various places to see what else is out there but I always come back.

I get food from here all he time and every time I either get it delivered or pick it up there, the food is always perfect. They conform to your order; you can change any thing you want from what they have and get any combination of foods. The soups are always great, and although it is a little on the pricey side the food makes up for the somewhat hefty price. The philly cheese steaks are amazing, and they always pile on the meat and toppings. I'm always full after a meal from this place and I really can't complain one bit. Even the service is very good. The cooks pay very close attention to the food and cook it to perfection every time. The manager is one of the nicest people I've ever met and greets me every time I go to NY Bagels & Cafe. For anyone who had a bad review for this place I can only say you probably have a mental problem or are allergic to really good food.
