We love this pizza!

I have several friends from Italy that have remarked on the authenticity of this pizza. It truly is a great alternative to thick crust, with great oils, veggies, sausages, and dough fired to perfection. BUT, the service is bad...by bad, I mean charmingly bad. If you are a stickler for your wait service being able to speak English well, remember your order accurately, or any of the other fine points of a good dining experience, this is not the place to go. I have been here about 15 times, and they have never--not once--gotten my order correct the first time. But they have been super sweet and chatty otherwise, and they always have good food suggestions. I have never been compelled to stop visiting. But then again, I'm a sucker for good food!

The food here is good but 1 in 3 times we call and give our address they tell us we are calling the wrong location. Then we look online call back and it turns out its the right location and they either can't hear us or someone "answered the phone that shouldn't have" Want to love this place but ordering delivery is so annoying it almost ruins it! Move the phone to a quieter area please.

The pizza was good but not the best I have ever had, the atmosphere good, the service not. Our appetizers were brought out with the pizza. Our waitress was not friendly and never asked if we needed anything, I tried to get her attention a few times but she walked right passed me. It was my first time there, so maybe they were short of staff, but it was frustrating. The best pizza in New York is Vezzo but it is always over crowded.

This pizza is just amazing. Perfect thinness and crispiness of crust and the toppings - fantastic. Love the atmosphere, the service, and oh that pizza. What a pleasant suprise. Highly recommend this place.

I am originally from Naples, moved to NYC 4 years ago and I have had much better pizza! Plus it's not the real pizza from Naples as they claim....

I'm Italian, moved to NYC 5 years ago...finally I found a real Italian pizza, real Italian service, real Italian ambiance... excellent!!! I was walking by one night and I saw this rectangular pizza pie served on a woodtrail... OMG looked so good!! I had to try it... I had an 18'' Pie half reginella (bufalo mozzarella) and half Giulietta (pumpkin, pancetta, bufalo mozz) outstanding! The service was excellent as well. The young owner very attentive. Highly recommended !!
