    Disappointed

These sandwiches are known for their fresh crispy bread... soggy doe-y bread with poor cooked meat. Sandwiches are premade and not well put together the 12th street branch is much better

went to lunch after this lunch

Sandwich is much too small for $8. More than twice the size for almost half the price anywhere else.

Food is not worth it. Asian sandwiches not

They pretend to be a sandwich shop with avant garde sandwiches.... It is full of poor imitations of quality sandwiches. Save your money and go to Pret, Aroma or Subway even. The food is under cook and soggy after waiting in those long lines. The staff is also rude and think because of the long lines that the food is in demand. Will not be ever going back there. First and last time.

    Portion size

Not a bad sandwich, but for the price the sandwiches should be about twice the size -- one of these is not sufficient to constitute a meal.

    Undercooked chicken!

I am pregnant and had to throw out my sandwich because the chicken wasn't cooked through. This was very dangerous for me (and for anyone for that matter) and I will never return.

What do they put in these sandwiches?

I'm addicted to these sandwiches. Get there early or after lunch to avoid the line and you will be in sandwich heaven.

Uncooked shrimp does not pass my banh mi test

twice, i've received uncooked (totally undercooked) shrimp. besides, at $8.45 (including tax) for a small sandwich, it's not exactly a good value. will not return and do not recommend.
