Very mediocre
I have lived in Italy and this restaurant is a very serious tourist trap. The meatballs were heavily oversalted, the fettucine carbonara was doused with cream which is not at all authentic, and the pasta was overcooked. However, I will say that the service was quick and the servers were very friendly.

Best service in town~
We were visiting chinatown and little italy for thanksgiving and stumbled across this place. They had the BEST food and we had service fit for the kings. Recommed this place for any family with children, the waiter kept calling the girls princesses and making such a big deal that their smiles went from ear to ear. The food quality was excellent and the price was under 100$, my husband said it was the best meal he had ever had!

Nice Surprise!
Last Friday, walking by with a friend visiting from out-of-town, we decided to have lunch here. Food was very good and reasonably priced (compared to midtown). Large portions, too! Our waiter was very nice. Will go back when in the area.

Delicious and well priced
I had lunch here, was headed somewhere else but walked past and noticed people eating what looked like delicious, home made, Italian food. It tasted as good as it looked, it came out quickly and the serving size was generous, it was a really good feed. A bread basket with light pizza pieces was brought out to me while I waited, delicious. I ordered a cotoletta sandwich, four pieces of sweet, tender veal, gently fried in a fluffy breadcrumbs, a little oily. It didn't have that awful, jar garlic taste that American-Italian often has. In fact, I think there was no garlic, yay! The bread was wonderful, the melted cheese stringy, not tooo oily, amazing! Lots of fresh leafy dark green lettuce. A good serving of home made chips, a little oily. If you wanted a healthier version ask for no cheese. All up $13 incl tip and gst. I gave them an extra couple of bucks. The experience was right out of the south of Italy, I even went home for a siesta for a few hours. Can't wait to go back and try the gnocchi.

Ugh
I honestly do not understand how anyone can praise the food here. The service was great and the environment was welcoming and comfortable but the food was horrible. The dishes were all bland or were mediocre. The prices weren't too bad but it's still not worth it.

One Fantastic Littly Italy Restaurant
My family and I ate here yesterday. We were told that the wait was about 20 minutes to get a table, but in reality, we only waited about 2 or 3 minutes. The menu was simple to read and vast in italian selections. We were all very impressed with the portion sizes and the taste was out of this world. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who is seeking delicious italian cuisine at a very reasonable price.
