We tried the place not once but twice giving benefit of a doubt.We won't be back. The delivery guy was nice but the food failed both times. Plus, there was an attitude when they took our order that time in person and for delivery too. We were willing to pay the high prices if the food was worth it but it wasn't and we weren't going to pay again for bad attitude and food. The ribs were tough and not worth the money at all, the stufing dry and the fried chicken was unbearably salty. So we next time tried the roast beef, have to agree with the other reviewer, like cardboard, and the rotisserie chicken was dry and almost tasteless. We happened to bring it up to neighbors of ours , and we said we were going to call the manager but he said dont bother she's mean and angry so we're jsut not going back. Plenty other chicken places to go to and our friends gave us a few they like. We won't be back to or recommend tasty chicken again. Money down the drain.

Gave simple 3 item order, then was asked if I need napkins. After ordering a bbq burger AND buttery corn on the cob, napkins should be included automatically. The real kicker is they dont tell you while ordering over the phone that there is a delivery charge. I gave the driver a $5.00 tip after recieving the bag, and then he forgot my drink. I had to go downstairs twice. For me, the poor service ruined the product.

Me and my wife just moved into the area and decided to give this place a try as the menu came in the local Valpak. We ordered a roast beef sandwich with gravy, chicken and rib combo, Buffalo wings, and waffle fries. The roast beef was as dry as cardboard, and about as flavorful as cardboard. The bread was so soggy you could not pick the sandwich up and bite into it. The chicken was seasoned with salt, a large amount of salt, and nothing else. The ribs were tender but the slimy clear sauce on them was way too sweet and had no other flavors to it. The Cole Slaw is pre packaged, bought Boars Head style Cole slaw. The Waffle fries were soggy and cold. The Buffalo wings were dry, and the sauce that was on the bottom of the container was ok, not great but ok. and to add insult to injury, they forgot the blue cheese, which I can only assume would be a wish bone bottled sauce they pass off as their own like the Cole slaw, and the gravy. When we called to tell them they did not add condiments, they tried to get out of sending them back out.

Don't bother... Very expensive for low quality food. The worst buffalo wings. Chicken boiled not grilled!

We live in bay ridge which lacks a chicken restaurant other than kentucky fried. After receiving mailings in coupon envelopes we thought we would give it a try. Sorry to say the chicken was not enjoyable and the ribs were by far the worst i have ever eaten. Sorry, we won't give it another try.

I have been ordering for years and its always fast and pleasant service... There food is so delicious .. The usually tell u a delivery time and come sooner.. The only time it has taken longer is when there is unfavorable driving conditions.. I ordered over the weekend during the snow storm and waited over an hr close to 2 hrs but I understood how busy it was .. While I was placing the order I heard the phones ringing nonstop... My food may have came later than expected but it was hot and delicious...and absolutely worth the wait. I will never order my chicken from any where else. They are fast reliable & delicious and at a reasonable price for such high quality food and service.

There was a time that this establishment was reliable in product and services. Receiving a fresh meal has come to be a hit or miss situation. My most recent experience was the most unprofessional experience. Imagine you call for a delivery, they tell you 30-45 min ETA, call back 1.5 hrs later and they tell you they quoted you 1-1.5 delivery, so now the customer is being called a liar?. 2hrs pass, call the manager, she calls the customer a liar? 3 hrs and still no delivery.
