Definitely one of the better sushi place in murray hill, has yummy appetizers and a good selection of rolls, also has a pretty good lunch special. This place was maybe more popular a couple of years back... not sure what happened in between, but went back recently and thought the food was as good as ever...

Nomado has the best sushi in the city by far. The staff is friendly, attentive and gets the order right! The food always tastes fresh and I have never had a bad roll. The restaurant is clean, reasonably priced and always has a good crowd. We love the Pizza Roll and the Snow White Roll.

I have tried all the sushi spots in the Murray Hill area and this is no question the best. It definitely has the highest quality sushi and best sushi chefs. Sushi is my favorite food and this certainly hits the spot everytime. For the money and the location it is the best option when ordering take out. It is really good sushi, really fresh, and I am certain you will not be disappointed if you order from Nomado.

This is my favorite sushi restaurant in the city! We come here often and always order the sushi and sashimi for two. Our order not only always looks beautiful but the sushi and sashimi is very fresh. The sashimi choices are always different and a nice surprise each time because they will serve you the freshest fish of the day. So every time we go we get to try a different fish variety. The atmosphere is great and this place never gets too loud.

i was going through menupages.com and found this place. thinking it was good, i ordered the lunch special chicken teriyaki. once i opened my lunch box, i was disappointed. my salad was soggy because they already added the dressing, the chicken didn't even taste like chicken (more like pork!), their "shumai" was just mini balls of tempura, and they only gave 2 california rolls. the highlight of my meal was the teriyaki sauce mixed with the rice and the california rolls. all in all though, it was not worth my $8.50.
