been around too long
Just went for what will be my last time. I've tried with this place, I really have. Been going off and on for year. Burgers are RAW no matter how you ask for them to be cooked and by the time they come back the rest of the food is cold. Portions are diminishing as prices are rising. Our waiter mis-identified ingredients in the salad dressing before we ordered, thus causing us to return it. I really want this place to be good again. Location and interior are nice but it's just not worth it anymore. Very, very disappointing. Don't bother.

Consistent and amazing
We have been consistently going to this restaurant for lunch for over 9 years now. The place is simply great. We call it our corporate lunch room since we are often here with business people. The burgers are fat and juicy, the Tuna Club Sandwich, Caesar Salad, Fried Chicken Salad and the Calamari Salad are fantastic dishes and the quality has not wavered in all these years. We can not say enough positive things about this restaurant.

Great Traditional American Food
I love this place. very big and spacious. the service is excellent. they don't take forever to bring your food or take your order. the food is excellent and the price can't be beat! they have lots of great choices on the menu. they even have delivery service.

Used to be Better
I grew up in the neighborhood and have always loved this restaurant. It used to be that whenever I had a choice about where my family ate, this was where we went. In the past 5 years the quality has gone down, the portions have shrunk, and the prices have risen. Despite this being a pain (I can't afford to go there except for appetizers and dessert) the Hot Fudge Sundae is AMAZING! It's truly the best sundae I've had in my life.

Love it!
The food fresh and tasty! The service is great, and this place offers some space between tables unlike the rest of the city.

Overpriced!
The food's not bad, the staff is nice, but the prices are ridiculous! The salads are $17, and they're not that big (also, the fried chicken salad included a very small amount of chicken). Hope you're prepared to spend $4.50 or more for an iced tea or limeade! Today I was there with two other people. We got a tuna sandwich (the kind you would make for yourself at home), a salad, and a another sandwich, and two of us had iced teas. The bill? $65 with tip.

Best chicken wings in the city
I've been going to Noho Star for years, and the MVP of their menu has always been their chicken wings, which I consider to be amongst the greatest wings of all time. I may be partial, because this place was a huge part of my childhood, but there's no denying the supremacy of their wings. These aren't typical bar wings, nor are they supposed to blow you away with their spiciness - they're just really, really good. While the wings themselves are great, the blue cheese sauce is what takes it to another level. It's chunky goodness and you need to try it at least once. I agree with other posters regarding the hit or miss menu, but in my experience the service has always been great. The prices are definitely going up, but considering the location this comes as no surprise. Again, I'm biased because I grew up with this place, but in my opinion it has the best buffalo wings in the city.
