Upper West Side Favorite
Tasty food at this place, and at a great price. Lots of people do takeout, but the restaurant itself is also nice and comfortable -- it's a small joint, but they don't mind you lingering after your meal. Very nice staff, too.

Not recommended
I just ordered enchiladas and chips with salsa. I am about to order from another restaurant because the enchiladas don't taste good and they only gave me enough salsa for about five chips.

Best Mexican Around
I've never eaten at Noche Mexicana but the delivery is very tasty, especially if you're used to the rest of the over-priced glop on the Upper West. The Mole Burrito is really delicious and particularly filling - I've had most of the other menu items (dispersed over the summer) and they all are very good as well - probably since a good portion of them taste very similar but I suppose that doesn't matter since the flavor is what counts. Also important to mention - Mexican dining can sometimes complicate body functions and or feel heavy and gross once consumed but this has never been my experience. Bottom line - Tastes Good - Feels Good & Very Affordable.

West coast worthy taqueria style tacos
W00t. Best taqueria style tacos in NYC, hands down. Thanks to menupages I no longer moan about the horrible mexican food here. Especially after being spoiled by "Faralito's" during a San Fran trip. I hate to let the cat out of the bag but it would be sad to see this place close. That being said, the tacos are outstanding with the chicken soup coming in a close second. Not for the annoying, obnoxious, hipster crowd. Please keep this place sacred.

Best I've found so far on UWS!
I am very picky about Mexican food, and this place is the best I've found yet on the UWS (I've been to MaryAnn's, Rancho Mexicano, and El Charro Mexicano). They use black beans, but refried - very good. Their burritos are great, carnitas are great, and so cheap! I got two tacos the first time (huge, soft corn tortillas, full of meat w/onion, cilantro and lime), and they were $2 each. I have only had delivery so far, but I'm anxious to try the actual restaurant out.

Didn't realize that I like Mexican
I tried this place for the first time last night, based on the reviews I read. I normally don't like Mexican food at all, but I decided to give it a shot. I ordered the chicken con mole burrito. My boyfriend ordered the steak burrito. Even if you don't love Mexican, I really recommend this place. The delivery was prompt - 15-20 minutes, and the food was delicious, especially the pollo con mole. I plan on ordering from this place frequently from now on.

Awesome food and delivery
I've only ordered delivery from Noche and have never had a bad experience. The guacamole is delicious, as are the enchiladas and tacos. The delivery is quick and the prices are hard to beat here in Manhattan!
