Hibachi Is A Grill That Is Designed To Sear Foods Quickly. The Seared Meats Are Offered With A Selection Of Dipping Sauces.

 

Shabu-Shabu (1 day notice required. technique suitable for meat only) meaning "swish swish". slices of meat are submerged in a pot of dashi and swished back and forth several times to cook. offered with a selection of dipping sauces.   
Sukiyaki a traditional method of cooking, where the meats are slowly simmered in a shallow iron pot in a mixture of soy sauce, sugar and mirin. before being eaten, the ingredients are dipped in a bowl of slow poached eggs. offered with a selection of dipping sauces. (1 day noticce required).
