Washu Beef washu is a domestically grown beef from a japanese breed. washu has a high grade of marbling and tenderness   
Hibachi it is a grill that is designed to sear foods quickly. the seared meats are offered with a selection of dipping sauces   
Shabu-Shabu 1 day notice please. technique suitable for meat only. meaning "swish swish". slices of meat are submerged in a pot of dashi and swished back and forth several times to cook. offered with a selection of dipping sauces   
Sukiyaki 1 day notice please. technique suitable for meat only. a traditional method of cooking, where the meats are slowly simmered in a shallow iron pot in a mixture of soy sauce, sugar and mirin. before being eaten, the ingredients are dipped in a bowl of slow poached eggs. offered with a selection of dipping sauces
