Should be good, but it's bad
I want to like Noah's Ark because it's close by and it's kosher. Instead, both meals I've had recently were nearly inedible. Considering it's not cheap, this has left me with a bad flavor in my mouth. I had the barbecued brisket sandwich and the rotisserie chicken by the way.

Deli sandwiches - fat on rye
It is truly unfortunate that real kosher delis in NYC are becoming as rare as coin parking meters. This restaurant has a lot going for it - great, Lower East Side location; big, comfortable dining area; and a varied menu. Our party had deli sandwiches, assorted salads. The sandwiches had the fattest, foulest deli meats we have ever encountered. Too bad fat is considered kosher, because this deli has no issue with piling it on. I could not differentiate the corned beef from the pastrami. The chicken on the salad had that frozen, micro-waved, fake grill marks, rubbery look.

Does Kosher have to be flavorless?
Pastrami: not good. Everything else, like my mother' cooking-flavorless! And to add insult to injury, expensive. Very poor value.

They wowed me!
There is nothing like eating a hot patrami sandwich like eating it on the lower east side at Noah's Ark. This time, I tried something new. I ate the pastrami stuffed inside a warm potato knish with deli mustard. The taste was outrageous! If you never tried this, you must. I'm going back.

Best Kosher Burgers in Manhattan
Whether you keep kosher or not, you will love Noah's Ark. Great deli with large portions - they give complementary coleslaw, pickles and bread - so by the time your food comes you are already kind of full. The hamburgers are by far the best, thickest and juciest of all the kosher burgers I have tried in the City. Also, their nacho appetizer is excellent. I usually have leftovers to take home with me!

excellent quality and quantity
I've been to Noah's with family members for sandwiches a bunch of times over the past few years. We've all been delighted every time with the quality and the quantity. I'd call the value excellent.

Excellent Sandwiches
I am an avid consumer of corned beef sandwiches throughout manhattan and this place hit a home run. The meat was extra-lean and extremely moist. I wish I had a bigger stomach because the aroma of rotisserie chickens that permeated the resturaunt was nearly irresistable. I'll be back for one for sure!! Can I buy stock in this place?
