For the first time ever I had such bad Indian food. I had ordered Methi Malai Mutter (and the menu said it contained Mushroom - now who puts mushroom in this veg..) and the peas were not cooked properly and I bet I can cook this better myself...the second thing I had ordered was Paneer Makhanwala....can u b'live this dish to b of orange gravy...i can't....it was tasting like tomato soup with paneer in it...the nan was hot n soft...really nice...About the ambience - the lighting was so dim that u could hardly see nothing...need better lighting...a little bright...there is a bar downstairs and there was a live band the noise so so loud and annoying ...i guess they can atleast have a door to stop the noise for ppl who want to have dinner in peace...and the guy who was serving had no manners at all..i was still eating and he took my plate ....absolutely annoying...i hate this place and will never ever go again. I landed up paying $55...and I think it is a complete waste...

I loved the food but I rather have normal plain white rice with the spicy chicken and too much carbs but all good. Potatoes were awesome Oh! Hot should be hotter was not enough

I went here for my friends anniversary dinner party and had an incredible dinner. The food is delicious, we had the tandoori seekh kebabs, and they even brought us an extra serving because they thought the initial serving was too small (although we were stuffed!) The staff was very nice and helped us celebrate our special day. The ambience is very romantic and it made our day. Can't wait to go back and I definitely recommend this place!

just ordered delivery "curry chicken lunchbox" and it's terrible. The Potato and peas vegi was made ina tomato sauce w/ basil - um - sorry - NOT indian. When I ordered an asked, is it chiken tikka masala? the reply was "Yes" - Not so much. It was like chicken in watered down curry water / milk with weird brownish black floatie things. even the basmati rice was wrong - it had green peas in it! Like a chinese rice. SO not impressed. The only thing that was remotely good was the vegi samosa and their nan. Keep trying Nirvana - you have a long way to go before your food is Nirvana! I don't recommend this place at all.

I ordered once before and I remember the food being better. This time around the food was bland and soupy. Delivery was bad, delivery guy does not have an ID (so forget it if you live in a doorman building) and they forgot half of my order. I do not recommend this place at all...beware!

Having recently enjoyed a great dining experience where the service and food went hand in hand, I decided to order take out. Purposely, I asked for the same dishes I've had for dinner and while the quality didn't decrease the size portion really did. It was about a third of what one will get if going for dinner and at the same price. I see myself going back for dinner but it is a shame they don't do better for delivery orders.

Just walked into the place, since I live down the block. The service was excellent from the time we walked in. The waiters and staff are very pleasent. Not pushy on the ordering. The food is really good. The presentation is pretty good as well. Not just a bunch of slop thrown on a plate. Gave us complimentary app after we placed out order. It was good, and so was the rest of the food we ordered. Will definately go back!
