    In the neighborhood

My wife and I tried Nino's for the first time Saturday night,We found the service quite nice, the food fresh and well prepared and the meal very enjoyable. They have a price fixed dinner that was reasonable. We live in the area and definetly will go back.

    very happy

Although I was using a voucher from an online site (Travelzoo) that Nino's is a member of, the staff treated me and my girlfriend very well. Not like I was looked at as someone cheap and who as a result of using the voucher would make them a little less money. They were right there everytime our wine glasses got low. The food was excellent. Give it a try.

    Poor customer service

I used to order often a pizza from this place. Once it took more than an hour (I live across the street). I called, the manager apologized and said next time is on us. Like 2 weeks later I called and the manager said, no we are not honoring it, you should have asked for it then. So disappointing, they do not value their customers (a good one). Luckily for me, I found other places that are actually better and the service is great.

    Subpar experience

We went here for a big group dinner. All the glasses say the water is free. The waiters implied the water was free. When we asked for sparkling- if it was free- they brought us multiple bottles of it. Turns out, it's not free. Not only that, they charged us for four glasses of wine we did not order and an appetizer we didn't order. When we complained (our bill was $750.00, it's not like we were trying to get out of the whole thing!), the waiter insisted he knew we had ordered it. However, he didn't even bother to itemize correctly on the bill (e.g. we ordered a Shiraz, and he charged us for Chianti). He insisted that he *knew* we had ordered what he put on the bill, yet he couldn't tell us who had ordered what... but he *knew*, he said. The manager would not help us either, and they instead told us we had to pay, and pay the automatic 20% gratutity as well that had been added on to a bill that included 5 things we didn't order plus all that not free water. It was an absolutely appalling experience, and needless to say, we will never, ever return.

    Good food, poor service

The prix fix dinner was good, but overpriced- just 4 entree selections. The service was not good. The waiter came 20 min after we were seated to take our order, the food came 40 min after that. No one asked us for bread or more wine. Dessert was decent. I will not be returning.

    Overpriced and poor service

We went here on a Monday afternoon, just after lunch time. The waiters had no interest at all in serving us. The food was OK but over priced. There are better alternatives out there!
