staffing
while fhe food was okay, and about what you would expect from a neighborhood place, the staff were inattentive and appeared unhappy, if not actually sullen. Not a happy place.

Food ok but service is poor
I ordered sushi but it wasn't what expected I asked them to add extra ginger and it wasn't til the last minute the told me it has to be charged separately.They didn't bother to tell me about it.I also ordered chicken with asparagus and it was sub par.The people that answer the phones are rude and some of the delivery guys are also.

Where's the flavor?
All of the components are present for a great delivery meal; efficient phone service, decent delivery time, fresh vegetables, good portions but really lacking flavor. There is an absence of Thai restaurants in Harlem and unfortunately Nikko missed the mark.

So good!
Amazing! Always good food and fast delivery. I usually only order sushi and have never been to the restaurant but delivery has consistently been fast and food consistently really good. A welcome addition to the typical delivery choices of pizza and chinese...delicious!

Food just isn't that good
I'm not sure how you can mess up Asian food, but this takeout restaurant manages to do so. The pad tai arrived totally mushy with the noodles all clumped together which is a total turn off. The Cashew Chicken, which normally is not a spicy dish, was overly spicy, but not with much sauce of flavor. We ate what we could dumped the rest in the garbage. Not sure if maybe the food is better quality if you eat it in the restaurant. Again, this was a takeout order.
