New York Burger Co.

It would be nice if they figured out some oder to their lines, and a system to handle call-in/pick-up orders. It was chaos without any obvious manager type person to turn to. The frantic end of the assembly line food preparer man simply told me, "i'm sorry, but i have no idea" regarding my question of where to pick-up a called in order. The girl behind the front register had to leave her station and run all the way to the back, only to return and tell us, "sorry...there was no call in order". What a disappointing lunch hour. We left empty handed and went to a near by deli. They need some sort of wandering host until they get the system down.

Good food, poor design.

My companion liked the meat burgers but, as a vegetarian, I cannot recommend the veggie burgers. They're unappetizing and overpriced. I even recommended to the manager that they try and get either soy burgers or TVP. I haven't returned since last fall so I don't know if they have changed.

While I was visiting New York, I happened to stop into New York Burger Co. and I must say that their burgers were delicious. It was definitely one of the best burgers I've ever had. Get the skyscraper burger, it's good! I had to go back a second time to eat there again!

The food is really good plain and simple. The turkey burger is really good and the onion rings are out of this world, I look forward to going to work just to eat there. The downer is pricing, I know this establishment is located on Park avenue but the pricing is ridiculous. I do not mind spending money on something that is delicious and the quality of the food is superb, but my Turkey Burger and Onion Ring meal ends up costing me almost 12 bucks which is a little insane. The bacon is $1.50, the onions are 75 cents extra, I think they even charged me extra for the heart attack causing grease as well (not sure). The food is great though and aside from pricing and an occasional wait I recommend it as a weekly treat for your tastebuds :-)

I ate a burger here last night after hearing good things about them. I was disappointed. The bread was dry, the burger was dry not moist or tasty at all. I don't get what all the fuss is about.

When we first discovered this place, we were very impressed..Nice people and quick clean service. Now I was there yesterday and the prices have sky-rocketed on everything on there menu! I mean its a little sad that it costs $9.50 plus tax (10.32) for a salad that was 8.25 a week ago. It's a good salad but come on. Plus they aren't so friendly at the counter any longer. There are 3 registers there and six tip cups?! It's a little tacky. You won't find me eating there anylonger, too bad I was liking there food.
