It's just like any other fast food joint
This place is definitely all hype! I heard about this place, and I thought why not try something new. I'm always up for trying a new place to eat! I must say, the burger was not bad, but definitely not great either. So I don't know what's so special about this place. I was disappointed, and I'm not going back again!

Doesn't live up to the hype
Too many people have given this place more hype than it deserves. The burgers, iced teas, and chilli are great but are all overpriced. the burgers and fries are nothing special, what makes them taste good are the large number of "free" sauces. The chilli is good but you can get equal or better for 99? at elsewhere.

NOT recommended!
My husband and I ate here on Sunday afternoon, seeing it was a NYMag pick. Service girls very nice, decor, cute enough for a fast food restaurant. The burger was not very good: fast-food chain burgers might be better. I ordered it rare: came orange colored, flat, chewy, no taste not hot. Some yellow cheese that was supposed to be M.Jack. Greasy white bread bun. We paid 16.95 for that.

Great burger and fries
Have been going there for lunch every week now. Great tasting natural meat and fries are just amazing. Price is good considering what you are getting!

Good, not great
I tried the Dallas Burger, which was one of the messiest things I've ever eaten. It's also too expensive for what it was. I would recommend starting with something simpler, because it's definitely worth trying at least once. The fries are great, and you get a huge pile of 'em. Try them with the burger sauce. There's definitely better burger places out there (cough...Cozy's in the Village...cough), but this one is still pretty decent.

Good Food, Fair Service, Get a decorator
The food is great for "fast food" but the service is average and the atmosphere ... well ... let's just say, it's forgettable!

Very Good burgers
This place has very good burgers and chicken sandys for what it is - better for takeout than eat in.
