Half not properly cooked
1st and last time I will ever go here. Somehow the cook actually managed to cook the burger well done on one half but rare on the other? How on earth? It just makes no sense to me. It was so unappetizing Also the onion rings were not. It was just fried greasy onions never again, so mad at the friend that recommended them

Worth The $ ?
The service was quick & pleasant. The burger was juicy & cooked as I ordered it. BUT $13+ for a burger and onions? And the seating areas look even less attractive and sterile than an airport fast food joint.

Amazing burger!
I came across this place the other day because I was super hungry and gave up on waiting on line in Shake Shack. I was craving a burger! I order the Tribeca with no fries and a bottle of water and my order came to almost 12 bucks. It was kind of pricey but since I was craving a burger I didn't mind. The service was nice. When i told the girl that was taking my order if she can replace one of the thing in my burger by something else , she went and asked the cook real quick and came back telling me that is not a problem. I Order my burger medium well and it tasted so juicy and delicious. I been going to many burgers places in NYC and this is one of the best burger that I had. The burger bun was fresh and tasty and not the regular boring bun your get with a burger. I also love how they have so many different sauces to choose from since i m a sauces person i tried almost everyone of them and they were amazing. I will be coming back again with my husband since he love burgers too. The only complain is that the place looked a little bit dirty and falling apart. The tables were not properly clean and sticky. I cant wait to go back soon and hope i get the same amazing burger!

Not recommended
I got the vegetarian burger, onion rings and a chocolate shake. The shake was ok, the burger was unappetizing. Not worth the $20. Never going back there again.

Failure to execute
This place has slid down to the bottom of the hill. They succeeded at bringing a nice side salad, and that's it. After taking an hour to deliver to us everything showed up overcooked or improperly prepared.

Best hot dogs!
I am not a burger fan, but I did LOVE the hot dog here; this place has the best hot dogs in NYC. The fries are excellent as well. The atmosphere... not so good. They really need to improve the dining-in experience in the back of the restaurant.

very good
I went to New York Burger Co. yesterday for the first time, the I had the mini cheeseburger,it was so good, I thought about it all night, I am going back today. I find that its better to go there then to order for delivery, the food gets soggy.
