Never return again
My boss and I like the chicken and burgers at this place HOWEVER we will NEVER return again. We work late and I often run here to grab food late. They say they are open until 10 or 11, but they always stop cooking 30 mins early and the poor people that dine in there an hour before close have to smell bleach and dirty water as they start to close up an hour early. They have complete disrespect for the customer. I agree with a previous reviewer - "shape up or ship out". I want a better restaurant in my neighborhood.

ketchup PLEASE
Ordered 8 burgers and asked for lots of ketchup. After 45 mins of waiting, they delivered the burgers without ANY ketchup for 8 people..

Great delivery
The delivery is fast and the food arrives tasting delicious--not mushy or messy at all. The phone service is also very clear and they make that they have your order correct. We'll definitely continue ordering from them.

Great burgers!
I loooove this burger place! I refuse to get burgers at diners etc. anymore because I just compare them to NYBC. I always get the mini burgers (because i'm a girl not a cow) and fries and just love it!

Delicious Burgers
I ate here two days ago and, the burger was quite good. I actually hung around a bit until the novacaine in my mouth wore off and, it was certainly worth the wait. The burger was juicy (although it could have used a little seasoning), and the fries were piping hot and tasty. I'm heading back today for an encore!

great for people who like burgers
i was scrolling down the previous reviews and noted some negative review titles... i inspected further and saw that these negative reviews were detailing salads and veggie burgers... i mean, wtf. it's a burger place. why are you coming here for salads and veggie burgers? and then basing your review on those items? as someone who loves burgers - the burger i ate was fantastic! i was in the neighborhood after picking up some items at best buy and was actually pre-inclined to NOT like the place...ordered the double cheeseburger... wow...excellent brioche style bun. terrific burgers - thick grind very beefy taste, priced well, fast (enough) service.

Forgetful and Not Fresh
I used to love their salads and ordered from here regularly. Not anymore. They consistently leave ingredients out of their salads, ie no chicken in the Chicken Cobb and the lettuce regularly has brown spots or is just rotten mush. We, the neighborhood, shouldn't have to pay $10-$12 for such trash. Shape up or ship out.
