awesome food!!
I've eaten at Venus several times in the past few months and will keep going back because of the excellent food. They serve a huge variety of burgers and their portiond are enormous. You definitely get your money's worth in this cute and cozy diner.

Hell yeah
I will admit, I do find these comments useful yet I never had the urge to write a review until now. This place is awesome. I've only gotten delivery from them but they definitely deserve a shoutout. Best diner food by far in the Chelsea area.

Excellent
A great restaurant with excellent quality in every aspect . I liked the service, the people that work there especially the cashiers.

Our second home in Chelsea
My partner and I visit New York a few times a year and the New Venus is always our first stop when we arrive. I love the variety - do I want the linguini with chicken in a vodka sauce or a tuna salad wrap or moussaka? There's something for a casual lunch, a nice dinner (they turn the lights down and light candles!) or something to soak up your last cocktail in the middle of the night. The service might occasionally be a little brusque, but what do you want? It's a diner. If we're not looking for anything too gourmet, New Venus goes without saying.

Delicious and Easy
New Venus is where to go if you're not sure whether you want a big juicy steak, or a club sandwhich. Their menu is ginormous, like any reliable diner. Their food is delicious. The portions are sure to fill you up, and the service is fine. It's not the fanciest place but it's my favorite.

massive damage control
Hi: I used to eat at the New Venus before renovations a few years ago, however, since these changes have occured- and upon repeated attempts to "try it again" - I have decided, along with many friends not to patronize this place anymore.... the prices are high, but with decent food one would not mind the price. However, the quality of the food has diminished and management really needs to look at the numbers of customers coming and going...far below what used to be due to this poor quality of food..... hope it changes otherwise, another one may just have to bite the dust....

One of the best dinners in town
New Venus is one of the best dinners in town, not only in food quality but also in quantity. Big and tasty meals. The atmosphere is very good, with nice decoration. Next to the E train stop. Try it and you won't regret it.
