My Favorite
I just love this place, and it's definitely my first place to stop in Manhattan for at least one meal a day. The foods range from a vast variety and are so delicious. They come out often to change the foods so they all are fresh. The atmosphere is pretty nice. Quiet in the morning and at night. Sometimes busy at lunch. You pay by the weight, and I'll have to say the prices are pretty fair. As for the service, they give you ample amounts of soup and other foods. Overall, they get my rating of 5 stars.

Very Happy
For simple no frills inexpensive meals Go to the New Star often. Won't drain the wallet . I visit NYC frequently from Baltimore, MD and this is one of my favs,

Pretty Good
Use to frequent this place a lot with classmates last summer. Good Variety of food..all types . Good deli... Buffet style cafe..by the pound food. Very crowded during lunchtime..Oh and breakfast is excellent!

bad bread
The bread here is just awful. My whole sandwich fell apart. For what you are paying they should gav eyou something more substantial than a thin pc of bread.
