Your average corner Chinese take-out
New Golden Dragon is just your average Chinese take-out. Nothing special. I consider it to be one of the best in the neighborhood of Hamilton Heights simply because it is your average spot. Others in the hood have been way below average. The only draw back to this place is that they don't deliver. However, you are welcome to call in and pick up your order. Would I recommend it for quick take out? Sure. Does it beat out empire Sezchuan? No.
