    Delicious Vegetarian Food

    The meals are simply delicious and are presented quite well. The staff assists in serving the food and always with a smile. The menu is extensive and there is something for every palate. The Chef is quite creative and offers seasonal special seasonal dishes. The Mango pudding is out of this world and to die for. Thank you New Bodai have been a customer for a number of years and will continue to be.

    Veg Chinese in Flushing

    New Bodai has some very tasty veg dim sum. I was especially taken by the roast pork pastries (not the steamed or baked buns - these were a serving of three kind of log-shaped pastries, and boy were they good!). I also had the shrimp dumplings (better than most, not over-steamed, but not worth the stomach real estate), and the delicious slippery rice rolls with shrimp (next time will try another flavor - but these were great!). The roast meat was to hoisony for me. Didn't order any of the main dishes but will be back to give them a try. The service was a bit distant at first, maybe because I insisted on a better, bigger table than the one I was offered (hey, I eat a lot - I need table space!) As I showed obvious interest in the menu, the owner (man, wearing a suit), was very helpful. It was he who steered me to the baked pork pastries. Bless him!
