    Cute spot

Overall experience was nice. Besides the mediocre waitress that was assigned to my table, I had a great time. The drinks were great, the food was delicious (a little expensive though), the music was fabolous as well. I would definately go back in the future.

    it costs a fortune!

I loved the atmosphere, the waitresses are nice and they explained to everything that was on the menue but the price was so high compared to what you eat. I had to eat an hot dog when we left teh restaurant!however, let's give it a chance!

    Poor Customer Service

My experience at this location was horrible. Not only are thier prices unreasonable for the portions that give you. The service stinks! I usually order the salmon crab cakes that come served with a special sauce on the side. I called in an order and when i went to pick it up, the salmon cakes had the sauce thrown all over it and it did not have the corn that it usually comes with. I asked fior the order to be redone without the sauce thrown all over it. The manger told me that how it was made and if i wanted another order i had to wait 30 minutes, after waiting 30 minutes for the original order. If they would've made the order correctly the first time. I would have left satified. I'm paying $9 for 2 small crab cakes. The least that they could've done was redo my order. I walked out without anything and said i would never spend my money somewhere i cannot order what i want.

    Going to nite

I have not been to Negril in a while but the few times that I have gone the experience was nice. The food is good the atmosphere at both places is nice and the waiters are friendly. Its snowing out and I hope to escape for awhile from the wet and cold so Negril don't fail me now.

    Not for Large Groups

I was very disappointed with my experience since I have eaten there a few times with a party of two and had had a good experience. We were a large group of 19 with a preplanned menu, so that everything would go smoothly. After everyone arrived it took 1 1/2hr to be seated, eventhough we had reservations and another 1hr for our orders to be taken. The salad took 45 min and the entree came 45min. later luke warm; the dessert which consisted of individual slices of cake or so we thought was actually the size of small cupcakes. Our entire party was restless and ready to go prior to the food arriving. Good company kept us sane. Lastly, the kicker was the price. Very expensive having to eat lots of bread; okay food and poor service.

    Loved it

Dinner was supposed to be a grand event, since it was my birthday, and all my friends and fam were supposed to show up, but they did not since the rain was pouring. But the atmosphere and the food, and the waiters, were so great that i paid absolutely no attention to the fact that it was just me and my best friend there. We had a marvelous time and we ate till we dropped. The food is great and the the price pricey, but worth it. I would definitely reccommend it for a first date should a lasting impression want to be set. And the food, I cant stop going on the food.

    Not worth the wait

Based on the recommendations alone, I suggested that we come here for my friend's birthday. Little did I know that we would have to wait OVER AN HOUR for our overpriced entrees to arrive nor did we expect such humble portions (with the exception of the one pasta dish). The ambience is lovely but I wouldn't come here again. Even the waiter encouraged us to take our complaints with the manager on duty. What does this tell you? It's too bad- it had such potential...
