Not sure why there are so many glowing reviews here. My basic salad sounded delicious, but the greens were wilted and slimy, and some of them had black grime on them! Wash your veggies, people! The avocado had seen better days, and was mushy and veiny. There were also rogue pieces of cheese (which were not supposed to be there). It was not a pricey salad, but I had to toss it. A good salad is all about the details, and the freshness. This one had neither.

I am a picky eater and I have been happy with everything I order from Nectar. The portions are good, and the price is as well. They are always pleasant on the phone, they take credit cards, and they don't give me a hard time when I ask to eliminate things or put dressing on the side. The menu is great. I have never eaten inside, usually get delivery. The have become my "go to lunch" place.

The sandwiches here are pretty "meh." Not bad, but not anything special that you couldn't make easily at home. Probably wouldn't go back.

I've been ordering from this place for a long time. The food is delicious. I get back from a long 2 week vacation is I call to order. Apparently, there is a $20 min order for delivery now because my apartment is far?? It's not far (10 min walk, 5 min bike ride) and tons of restaurants in the same area still deliver to me. So while our orders are usually around the $20 or more mark, the attitude on the phone about it put me off. I won't be ordering or visiting this place any more. Even if the food is good, customer service is really important.

Great Salads- they could add a bit more of some toppings-they're not stingy but not overwhelming either. But does anyone else know of a place where you get a big salad w/ 5 or 6 topping and meat for under $8.... probably not. The smoothies and Sweet Potato Sandwich are delicious too.
