Nature's Grill

The food is pretty good, but the service is slow. They take awhile to make your food, so this is not the place for you if you are on your lunch break. The chicken on my sandwich was fairly dry, so mayo, mustard, etc was needed.

We order lunch from work. Every time we try this place we are disappointed. The menu looks good. The food is adequate...when they get the order right. Management service is as bad as can be and their delivery service is a total gamble. The last straw was waiting for 1 hr. and 40 mins. for lunch. I called 3x. Got it when our lunch was over. By then I had ordered Chinese food. That came in 15 minutes. That was not the first time this has happened, but it's the last time for me.

Its honestly too bad that the food here is actually pretty good, (albiet overpriced) especially for the health concious. The customer service here is non existent. The delivery guys are impatient. The girls they have on the phones taking orders are not capable of completing anyones order properly, as time and time again either a portion of my order is either not what i asked for, or missing all together. Sometimes I'm even charged for items I dont even mention when ordering. I am blown away that the owner/management of this place allow such absurd and consistantly unacceptable behavior. Again, its really a shame, because the food is really great and healthy, but totally not worth the aggravation.

This is for their Court Street location, which I've now been to about 10 times. The menu is way too complicated - especially for the people that work there. I order the same entree every time, yet it's prepared differently each time. Cashiers (s) have no clue as to what's on the menu, what comes with each entree or even how to navigate the cash register. ALL the cooks/porters are scary guys with serious attitudes...even though this is a "health restaurant", I never feel 100% about who's preparing it and their level of commitment to healthy cooking. I wish it was a better run place, because I do like a few things on the menu, but right now the experience leaves way too much to be desired and I will no longer go here.

Finally found an awesome healthy place to eat in Brooklyn. I'm a vegetarian and it was difficult finding a nice, clean place to eat in Bay Ridge that offered vegetarian food and juices. Went this week for the first time to Nature's Grill and Maria at the counter took my order and was such a sweetheart. Would love if they opened up earlier for breakfast but... Great place. Will be going back soon!

Huge menu with an array of healthy options. Food is plentiful and tasty. Service was very slow and music is annoying and loud. Probably better to order in.
