Good Price / Food / Service
I order from here all the time. The food is good and reasonably priced. The delivery is very fast. I have eaten at the diner a few times and the service is great. All in all a great neighborhood diner.

Great diner (for us NYC'ers)...
It's never a surprise to read whining about 'bad service, overpriced, not family friendly' from the (unfortunate) deluge of these tourists. Hello? If you want all that, stay either OUT of NYC,or stick to those chain places that'll cater to your every whim. Nation's is a GREAT neighborhood diner. There are others that are disappointing, and we'd WISH you'd go to. But, for good diner food - at NYC prices, Nation's IS the best in this area.

very good
I've never eaten at the actual restaurant, but I live close by and order from there all the time. The deliver very quickly and the food that I've had from there is very good. If you like pasta, try their Past Ala Vodka with chicken, its extremely tasty. The portions are pretty big so you definitely get your moneys worth here. I highly reccommned it!

Fantastic!
It was a Saturday morning and we sat at a booth by the window looking out toward the UN complex which we were to tour afterward. Service was quick and friendly, although we were hungry and didn't make a big deal out of ordering. I always wanted to try an Irish breakfast and it was superb! If you aren't queasy, the Drisheen(sp?) aka blood sausage was so tasty I couldn't believe it! Definitely a recommend to anyone going to NYC. As another reviewer said, I'd eat there everyday if it wasn't so far away!

Very quick delivery, not a great wrap
I ordered delivery from about 4 blocks away and the meal got here in literally 12 minutes. That was VERY impressive. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch wrap, and it wasn't good. It was somehow flavorless, and was mostly lettuce and cucumber. And they used chopped up bits of chicken. I don't know what dressing that was. If it was really ranch, they must have been running low in the container and added water to it or something. The fries were good, standard diner fries.
