Poorest service ever
Food might be good, but service is poor. I live 4 block from them and couldn't go pick up because of my kids. Called and placed an order, total came to $19. Lady on the phone refused to deliver since they have $20 minimum, who will refuse a purchase of $19 because of a $1?

An EV-style ramen enclave in the Upper East
1) The basic Naruto Ramen is pretty good. For what it is and where it is, you will probably be satisfied. And their ramen is better as far as I can tell, than the bigger Asian places on the UES. 2) The place is a real hole in the wall - take a date if you're going for irony, not ambiance. 3) Delivery minimum is $20. Absurd. 4) Cash only. Has limited the amount of ramen I've consumed.

Love it
found this "hole in the wall" spot this summer and love it. can get crowded but the food is worth it. the take out menu is not complete as others stated, so check the real one when there. delicious.

Vegetarian Food?
What they need to do is add some vegetarian food... I'm ok with eggs, but everything else is meat! The only thing I could have is one of the beverages, and a boiled egg!

Great
Their online menu is incomplete. They offer 2 vegetarian ramens. They also may have some other options. This is a really cool place to have in the neighborhood. There was a review about the person over the phone not knowing English. They apparently fixed this because the person on the phone didn't even have an accent. Delivery does take some time, but mine arrived very hot.

More or less what the previous reviewers have said
good quality food (not as good as some of the stuff you can get in the east village, but what else is?). delivery can be a bit hit-or-miss but it's courteous and prompt when they don't totally screw up. value compared to price and quality is on the high end of average. i've never actually been to the restaurant so i can't say anything about the decor and waitstaff. recommended dishes: kara age yasai itame naruto ramen miso ramen cha han kara age curry

Good for the UES
With no other ramen places on the UES this fits the bill. Not spectacular but serviceable.
