Just like we remembered
We used to go to Nargila on west 72nd all the time, but it closed. Just for kicks we drove over to the east side branch. It was just as good as we remember. Big portions, ok service, no so expensive for kosher. If you have reasonable expectations, this place has good food and is kid friendly.

too expensive and unfriendly
prices are way too high and customer service is really poor. They are unfriendly. If they were more friendly and more affordable it would be a great place because the food is good

The Best Hummus & Chicken Swarma!
We love Nargila Grill! Usually order in and the food never disappoints. The chicken swarma is tender with just the right amount of spices - it's perfection. And the hummus is out of this world. It's amazing middle eastern food - can't think of any place better!

Amazing
We found Nargila Grill quite by chance and had the most wonderful time. The food was amazing and very plentiful. The service was friendly and accommodating, especially to our toddler. My in-laws were thrilled to have such an authentic and pleasant dining experience!

poor service, ok food
i went with a friend to this restaurant. the staff is not friendly at all. reading other people comments, it seems that this is definitely a trend. the prices are expensive. the food was ok/good but the portions were very small. there are many other kosher restaurants and I will not come back to eat here.

No service whatsoever
I have eaten here 4 times because it is convenient. The food is just fine, nothing to write home about. The service is the most remarkable part of the experience. they literally are the worst. They have no idea. The kids they hire have never in their life served food before. Stay away

Lower the prices
Lower the prices and you'd have a lot more business. I can't justify paying $20+ more than once on a kabob or shawarma platter or shnitzel, especially when it's only "pretty good."
