And she felt the pizza at Lombardi's, Arturo's, John's of Bleecker Street and even Patsy's was superior to the fare at this place. The pizza is indeed very good, the atmosphere is attractive in a quasi-hip generic sense, and the service is first rate, but the quality of the food doesn't hold up to the downtown coal oven places. And it's very expensive, owing to its location in the MetLife Building, and the well-heeled tourist and business community clientelle they're oviously going after. I took a co-worker to lunch there to celebrate his birthday two years ago, and salad for two, a large pie with three toppings, three glasses of wine and two bottles of Pelegrino, plus tax and tip, ran me almost $90. I thought that was too much and not worth it. The food tasted much, much better the times I ate there free on a comp. No wonder!

Pasta and pizza are not that good. Good location in mid-town though! Overall I have not had a good meal there but I have only taken out.

I've been to Naples for the requisite after work drink and it's not a bad place for just that. Drink prices are fine and it you sit at the bar you get free pizza. I've also eaten here after work and enjoyed the calamari and pizza. The pizza was definitely the star. The waitstaff was personable and it was great for the purpose.

I have taken out pizza from here for several years and it is always very good. Dining in though noisy is usually fine. I have been here in small goups and large groups and the service was always genial and attentive. I think they can be pricey but considering the real estate it is probably in line. Their gelato is delicious!

Never really sat down to eat, but the take out pizza is great...ten times better than any "famous ray's"

Went to this restaurant with friends for some drinks and dinner. The service was poor. We were told that the one person who ordered pizza could not have their food at the same time as everyone else. We told them to hold our food until the pizza was ready and they refused. The food was ordinary and boring.

We had lunch at Naples 45 and the service was bad. The food was good but way overpriced. We wrote them an e-mail to complain about how awful the service was and they have yet to respond and I checked my credit card balance and they overcharged me! We won't ever go back and will certainly not recommend it to others.
