This place is a great bar. I hope the Wall Streeters don't take it over. And please don't tell anyone about it.

Went there some weeks ago and found that the hamburger was just as good as the reviews said. The service was delightful. However, I substituted the "beer battered onion rings" for fries and got something out of the freezer. Hard crust. Salty. Limp tasteless onions inside. Do they think we don't notice?

By far the best burgers in nyc. Jucy on the inside, crispy on the outside... and what a great deal. Nancy's cannot be beat in my mind - just remember that they arent open on mondays.

So after reading reviews about their burgers, I decided to get one. It was pretty good, except it was much rarer than I had ordered it...as the previous person had stated. I recommend ordering it well done, even if you like it rare...lol. Other than that, it was ok, but nothing to brag about. The waitress was very nice though. But the male customers in the bar make the whole experience less than stellar.

I just had lunch and asked for a cheese burger well done, instead I got steak tar tar. The fries were well done maybe they got confused. They asked if everything was ok but I'm always aprehnsive to send food back.

I've been there on a rainy evening within the last week of November and I've had the best pub burgers during my two week business trip. The burger was medium as I like it, the fries hot and delicious, the beer pretty cold and all served by a friendly waitress which called me king of the plate :-)

I ordered a cheeseburger for take-out and man was it delicious. easily the best burger in the soho/tribeca area. they cooked mine medium-rare like i wanted it instead of making it medium-well like other establishments will do if you want anything rarer. the waitress called me sweetie and honey without fear of being P.C. fantastic!! they are doing renovations today and while it looked like the place was out of commission for the day, the bar was still pretty full at noon. five-stars from me.
