Okay I've lived in parkslope all of my life, tried every sushi spot that opens and then sometimes closes..because of lack of business and high rent... and this by far was the best tasting, freshest and one more time.... best tasting! sushi I've ever had. We had 2 bottles of Sake (Kitaya) was the 1st..we were a little upset to find out they ran out of Kitaya but our waiter brought another bottle that was almost as good as the 1st. we tried almost every appetizer. The Shrimp Tempura with the lemon dip was ridiculous! we had to order 3! We ordered alot of specialty rolls can't remember which were the best cuz they all were too great to care. Nana will be on my secret weapon list for as long as it's around. (One thing I forgot to tell management..was the downstairs fish pond had a FEW dead fish ..they need to remove them..!) still love NANA! u won't regret it... and in the warm days u can eat outside in the back garden.. sexyyy

Went here for my first time with my family for my birthday. I picked it based on the menu and reviews and I must say that this place is great. Since we did a early lunch/dinner on a sunday we were able to pick and choose from the menu. I would say we ordered almost everything on the menu bit by bit. Mostly we stuck to specialty rolls when ordering sushi and the rest of the menu was fair game. Every specialty roll was wonderful. I'm sad we ordered so many we couldn't tell what was what at times, but we knew that it was all very tasty. The Hot & Sour Broth was different, but prbly one of the best asia soups i've ever had. I enjoyed all the spices and flavors in the dish. The favorites for main course had to be the Twister Soft Shell Crab crusted pepper corn & the Fried Red Snapper, both were very tasty and big. We tried I believe almost ever appetizer and the only one we wouldn't order again was the duck roll. Everything beside that was very good. This is clearly a hidden jem in Park Slope.

I ate here my first night in the neighborhood and fell in love. The staff were very friendly and our sushi appetzer left us wanting more. They completely customized a meal for my vegetarian self that was superb. Excited to go back!

i'm tired of over rated restaurants in park slope. this place left my boyfriends sushi on the counter for 20 minutes while my meal was still cooking. the thai food was lacking thai flavor and the sushi did not taste fresh. i assume people go for the trendy atmosphere which this place has... but for the food? really?

Me and my girlfriend went to Nana a few months ago for late dinner with friends and have not stopped going. We have been here nearly every weekend. The drinks are perfect, try the firefly or the cadilac. The sushi is perfect, 8 pieces in a roll for a bargain price. We never spend more the 100 on a dinner for 2 and thats when we eat alot. The service is a little slow at times and the food takes atleast 15 minutes to come but when it does get ready. The fusion of the food is terrific and the place looks really modern and sleek. In the summer most of the tables are outside and you can enjoy a perfect june night in new york in this quite park slope restaurant!

Although the music is usually to loud for me at night, this is a wonderful place to sit and have a quiet lunch. The drinks are cold, the food is hot, what more could you want? The staff is extremely polite and helpful. Great service.
