Please be hip and young
If you are not hip and young you get the cold shoulder at Naidre's. In the last 6 months, friends and I have gone to Naidre's three times and just left sighing at the poor service. Generally, like the food, but it's not worth the mistreatment. Maybe they don't even know they are treating people differently. Today I waited in line for takeout and finally left. Two guys behind the counter chatting the other guy flirting with a girl about what she should get. People waiting against the wall saw this. One man was about to speak up on my behalf when I left. We really need a shop like Naidre's in the neighborhood. It's too bad.

Go for the cupcakes!
Naidre's cupcakes are literally the best cupcakes I have ever had. Magnolia cannot compare. Try the yellow cake with creamy white frosting!

Park Slope standby
If you are in the neighborhood and in the mood for a nice lunch (or breakfast, or snack) then I recommend this place. TBLT is yummy. Ask them to toast the bread and add avocado. They have over 1,000 unique smoothy combinations. They deliver which is great when you are sick and in need of soup or a hearty muffin. As for the strollers, welcome to the Slope, baby.

Cozy and Sweet but too many strollers!
Naidres is a sweet little neighborhood place that I love! It's sweet, cozy and the staff are really cheeky (that's a good thing). The breakfast specials are a promise to be filled up with great food. The sammies & salads are also fantastic. Something for everyone - it's not just muffins and bagels. Everyone does their best to make it an inviting and happy place with the exceptions of Mommies and their ridiculously large strollers and unruly children. This is a tiny place so why try to bring your SUV size stroller inside?! The only other draw back....the hideous excuse for art displayed on the walls...but the coffee helps me to cope. : )
