    Disappointed

I live in the area so this location is convenient. Each time I have ordered food it was overly seasoned with black pepper and lacked any other flavor. This was the case in a fish entree, quesadilla, and a fajita!! It's very hard to get bad Mexican food but this place is not good.

    mmm

1 - the food is great! you really cant go wrong! i highly recommend the nachos and the pork burrito is wonderful! 2 - i love the sangra rita! its just such a fun and refreshing drink! i just keep coming back to this place! 3 - that being said, the service leaves something to be desired. i have been here a few times and the service is a bit all over the place. they are either on you or totally neglecting you! either way, its not really enough of a bother to prevent me from coming back for some more of those nachos! go, totally go and try out their amazing food, but just be aware, it might be really difficult to order a second drink!

    Good Food But Loud

My wife and I come hear regularly but not often, and we like the food. We usually eat one of the chicken dishes. The food is good, well but not over spiced I don't understand why some folks complain about the size of the portions. We've barely been able to finish our entrees. The prices seem reasonable for the Upper East Side -- hey, this is an expensive neighborhood, you want cheap food, go to Burger King. Service is friendly and usually prompt and efficient. Perhaps the loudness doesn't bother the young crowd in here, but it bothers us -- we are over 60 years old each. I guess we should come earlier or later. Anyway, despite that, I repeat, the food is good and we will come back, with earplugs next time.

One of the best on the UES

MXco is really good. True, the portions are rather small, but probably the portion size a person should eat. I ordered the guacamole and the artichoke quesadilla and it was definitely enough. (though I ate every bit) It was very good. The quesadilla was interesting and the chipotle sauce was delicious! Guac was good too. Def my go to spot from now on.

    Tiny tacos!

We ordered delivery and the tacos were absolutely delicious. The carnitas and Mahi Mahi were particularly tasty. But beware, the tacos are TINY! 8 tacos and 45 dollars for 2 people and I am glad there was food in my kitchen so I could eat to avoid hunger pains.

    Very good Mexican

The food at MXco is of high quality and prepared very well. Their guacomale is excellent and thier nachos are the best in the city. The main courses are good, not spectacular. The service is above par. All in all, a very good place for Mexican food.

    Unbelievable

Mxco is one of the finest restaurants I have visited in a while. The service is outstanding, the food and drinks are delicious, and the atmosphere is great. I highly, highly recommend Mxco.
