One of the best on the UES
MXco is really good. True, the portions are rather small, but probably the portion size a person should eat. I ordered the guacamole and the artichoke quesadilla and it was definitely enough. (though I ate every bit) It was very good. The quesadilla was interesting and the chipotle sauce was delicious! Guac was good too. Def my go to spot from now on.

Tiny tacos!
We ordered delivery and the tacos were absolutely delicious. The carnitas and Mahi Mahi were particularly tasty. But beware, the tacos are TINY! 8 tacos and 45 dollars for 2 people and I am glad there was food in my kitchen so I could eat to avoid hunger pains.

Very good Mexican
The food at MXco is of high quality and prepared very well. Their guacomale is excellent and thier nachos are the best in the city. The main courses are good, not spectacular. The service is above par. All in all, a very good place for Mexican food.

Unbelievable
Mxco is one of the finest restaurants I have visited in a while. The service is outstanding, the food and drinks are delicious, and the atmosphere is great. I highly, highly recommend Mxco.

Favorite Mex Restaurant on the UES
I prefer sitting at the bar when I come here. The margaritas are phenomenal. Atmosphere is fun. Staff is great. Food is good. Prices are very reasonable. Definitely my go to on the UES.

get the nachos...
Fair prices and a fun atmosphere for UES. Went here for a late dinner (10pm) on Thursday night and was happy to have a margarita and delicious chips & salsa on my table very quickly. Reasonable portions and fresh, tasty food--great for a casual, quick dinner.

Other mexican restaurants drown in condiments
I have eaten breakfast here a couple times now and the food, drinks and service are very good. I find it difficult in this neighborhood to find mexican food that isnt overly dressed or that retains any authentic mexican flavor. I believe that some of the reviews below may just be used to Manhattan style Mexican food. Not bad, but having come from the southwest I can say that is definitely different.
