Mustang Sally's

Good burgers, steak, and chicken pot pie, though the fries and rings don't rise above generic food-service standard. The service, however, is excellent. Always friendly and welcoming, Sally's makes you feel at home.

We eat here twice to three times a week and it is always good. The fries are great and the mustang burgers are always satisfying.

The food at this restaurant was good, but the service was subpar. Our waitress was not very happy, brought our main courses out while we were still eating our starters and left them on the table. I had a big chip out of my glass, the waitress offered no appologies, just changed the glass. The waitress was not pleasant, and made us feel like she was doing us a favor serving us. Will not go back here again, it is a shame as the food was lovely.

Work on the same block, and never get sick of their food, but sometimes it hurts my wallet. Maybe I shouldnt order so many drinks with my dinner?

Food okay, atmosphere okay. Nothing much to expect from a dark bar restaurant. But the service--ugh. Not good. The waitress was surly and curt. Slammed down the mugs, rolled her eyes when I ordered a refill. We cut our meal short because we didn't want to tick her off further by, heaven forbid, ordering dessert. Second visit--the person who greeted me saw I was alone and offered me a place at the bar. I asked for a table since the place was mostly empty. She gave me a nasty look. Not going back.

The food is good, the service is fine, the TVs are ubiquitous - I find it a good place to eat when I want a casual, easy place where I know I'll like whatever I get.

Every time my firneds and I go to the city to catrch a show at MSG, we head on down to Mustang Sally's. Quality food, great variety of drinks, large TV's and HOT BAR TENDERS with great accents. Keep up the good work.
