I ordered 2 sandwiches for delivery. They took almost 2 hours to be delivered. After the delivery man left we realized our order was wrong. I called and they said they will bring the right thing. I waited and waited and nothing. I called again and they assured me the delivery guy was on his way. No one ever came. I paid $20 for 2 sandwiches and they were not what I ordered. The next day I called and was told no one was there that can help me and no manager there. I am furious! I have been coming here for years but I will never eat or get delivery from them again. I have been getting lunch here ar least 2 times a week. This is not a way to treat a custumer.

I don't understand the other fella who wants his bagel toasted. IMO you toast a bagel that's inferior, not a Murray's Bagel, right fellows? So, don't even bother with the toasting request, this ain't your mama's deli. And the cream cheeses are the best, freshly-made. My favorite, sesame seed bagel with walnut-raising cream cheese. It's to die for, even for a French expat like myself who was raised on croissant and cafe au lait. The prices are ok.

Love the bagels at the 8th ave location but after going today and ordering what I always do, the price jumped from 3.95 to 4.53. Huh? When I asked the cashier she curtly responded "prices went up." Get it right Murray's---I'm not sure if I was underpaying in the past or if I got swindled today but I don't appreciate inconsistancy either way.

So I never really got a hot or even warm bagel at the 22nd st Murrays..and it never mattered...they top zabars...they are much better then H&H..But H&H is amazing fresh. even when they arn't warm these are amazingly delicious bagels. If fat didnt exist i would eat here constantly. murrays is the best and all the jews like me know whats good in this hood.

i have to agree that murray's has a good bagel and very good cream cheese spreads...however, the fact that they don't toast their bagels is strange. i am from long island and there are a lot of great bagel places and if the reason they don't toast their bagels is because they are concerned about "ruining" them, well that doesn't make sense to me because everywhere else does it. i am not positive my bagel was fresh out of the oven either. the people who work there must be so sick of saying "we don't toast our bagels!" :)

UH~ GREAT BAGEL! they have great bagel with a large variety choices for cream cheese. They also have great bagelwiches too. However, bagelwiches can be much pricier than the regular bagel. Chewy bagels

Like someone else mentioned before, we refuse to go to Murray's for the simple fact they do not toast their bagels. really, how hard is it to toast something?
