Mullanes Bar & Grill

We ate there last night and ordered a burger and fries. Each fry weighed about a pound like they had been in the deep fryer at least 3 times. The hamburger buns fell apart and the burger was dried out. The bartender was aloof, and didn't check to see how we were doing. When we told him about the fries, he just said that he would tell them. We won't be going there again.

I had the burger and it was unappetizing: tasteless, overcooked, smothered with fake orange "cheez" and canned (!) mushrooms. The bun was a soggy mess. The fries were fried dark, but were soggy on the outside and pasty within. It's a shame because i live down the block and i really wanted to like this place.

I've lived in the neighborhood for 3 years and this used to be my go-to place to watch games with friends. Food is decent, not spectacular and they have a good selection of beers. However, the staff is generally rude and one bartender in particular was downright condescending yesterday. We went to another bar to watch the 2nd half because we'd rather spend our money at another establishment. This wasn't the first time- just the last straw.

Burgers are the best thing on the menu. The staff is really nice and it's a good place to watch a game or just have a drink.

Always had very friendly service here, whether just at the bar for drinks, or dining in the back. Usually go for brunch at weekends and never been disappointed. Have brought friends visiting from out of town, and they've loved it. Looking forward to the summer and sitting outside again!
